Round 1 Roy tries to hyperextend the knee of "el Fantasma" with a kick to the kneecap. "el Fantasma" hops back to avoid it. Juanito Cervantes loses his balance from a well timed strike, and is awkwardly taken down by Roy Price for the mistake. Roy Price has side control. Price attempts an armbar, but Cervantes stops the attempt. Price uses the oppurtunity to take mount. Juanito Cervantes arches his body up to buck off Roy from mount. A scramble takes place leading to both fighters back to their feet. Roy dives in for a takedown but the momentum of the attempt ends in a scramble back to their feet. Juanito Cervantes is staggered by a jab to the chin. Juanito narrowly dodges a cross from Price, but falls catching him in his guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 "el Fantasma" connects with numerous jabs to the face of Roy. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. The fighters circle each other. Roy connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of "el Fantasma". Cervantes throws a hard jab but Roy Price throws a cross right over the top rocking Cervantes. Price connects with a right that puts Juanito Cervantes off balance tumbling to the mat, as Price towers over him. The round comes to an end.
Round 3 Cervantes hits an uppercut to the head of Roy Price followed by a hard hook. Cervantes hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Cervantes connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Juanito fires a haymaker but misses spinning himself around. Price quickly takes his back. "el Fantasma" tries to explode out the backdoor but Roy Price sinks in both hooks, continually landing outside strikes. "el Fantasma" falls flat to protect himself. Roy Price lands a double punch to the head of Cervantes. Round 3 comes to a close.
Round 4 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Juanito Cervantes lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Juanito Cervantes takes the back of Roy who works for a kimura. Juanito Cervantes pulls his arm out of the hold and push Roy away. "el Fantasma" throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Roy Price is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Juanito Cervantes hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight. The fighters circle one another hopping in and out trying to find their range. A lazy leg kick from Roy is caught by Juanito who lands a huge overhand right, flooring Roy. Juanito Cervantes stands over Roy, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Roy cannot trap him in his guard and pushes him away instead. Round 4 comes to a close.
Round 5 Juanito throws a few jabs at Price that miss the mark. Juanito Cervantes stuffs a shot from Roy Price and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Juanito pulls out of the guard of Roy, stands up, feels it out, and drops a huge right hand to the jaw of Roy. Cervantes pushes down Roy Prices leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Juanito Cervantes is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Roy gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Roy starts to wiggle out of back control, "el Fantasma" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Roy connects with a hard jab as Cervantes attempts a wide outside hook. Roy changes level for a shot, but Cervantes sprawls and knocks him out with a strong right hook.
