Round 1 Lou Duncan snaps back the head of Cyril with a stiff jab. Lou connects with numerous jabs to the face of Cyril. Lou hits a hook to the body and follows with a power straight that misses. Cyril Naldi throws a push kick. Duncan shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Cyril Naldis nose.
The fighters circle each other. Cyril sends Lou Duncan to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 A wild hook from Lou is ducked by Naldi who lands a cross-hook to the body before backing away. The fighters circle each other. A welt begins to form under Duncans eye after a strong cross-hook landed from Naldi. Both fighters begin to exchange Duncan catches Naldi with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Naldi gather himself. Naldi says he is ok and the fight continues. Naldi swaying back and forth with Balanco spins at his opponent with a Martelo Rotado missing but continues on with a second Martelo Rotado connecting hard to the head of Lou Duncan Cyril is hit with a jab and taken down with a strong trip takedown. Lou Duncan is able to push to half guard. Round 2 is over.
Round 3 Duncan throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Cyril is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Both fighters begin to exchange Lou Duncan catches Naldi with an eye poke. The referee calls time and lets Naldi gather himself. Naldi says he is ok and the fight continues. Cyril swaying back and forth with Balanco while Lou darts in to attack Cyril spins at his opponent with a Martelo Rotado smashing his skull but Lou recovers and gets on the defensive. Naldi catches a leg kick from Lou Duncan, and puts him on the mat. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 4 Lou Duncan connects with a right that puts Cyril off balance tumbling to the mat, as Lou Duncan towers over him. Duncan stands over Cyril Naldi, works his way through his open guard and lands some solid standing punches. Cyril Naldi is able to grab an arm and pull Duncan into his guard. A right hand from Cyril while in guard angers Lou Duncan who returns the favor with a powerful right hand. Duncan attempts to pass Naldis guard, and does so, but receives multiple strikes in the attempt. Naldi shifts his head and hips to keep Lou Duncan off balance and unable to land strikes. Cyril Naldi gets pummeled by the fists of Duncan. Cyril Naldi gives up his back in an attempt to escape, but doesn't quite make it. Lou Duncan lays into Naldi with some strong shots forcing Naldi to give up mount position. Cyril bucks off Duncan and both fighters get to their feet. The round comes to an end.

Lou Duncan fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Cyril. Cyril Naldi places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Naldi works to Duncans back while standing. Naldi throws a couple of outside shots until Lou Duncan is able to work his way back to the clinch. Cyril Naldi takes the back of Lou Duncan who works for a kimura. Cyril Naldi pulls his arm out of the hold and push Lou Duncan away. Lou Duncan hits a hard jab but misses with the follow up straight.Round 5 comes to a close.
