Round 1 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. JC Nadeau lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Javier attempts a takedown from the clinch, but "Destiny" pulls a switch on him, ultimately leading to both fighters on their feet. JC Nadeau circles Javier, mixing jabs with body shots. Nadeau ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Vargas and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. The fighters circle each other. Nadeau takes Vargas down to the mat with a good double leg takedown, leading to him standing over Vargas. "Destiny" lays into Javier Vargass thighs with some well timed kicks while Javier is grounded. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Javier circles "Destiny", landing jabs and crosses at will. Javier circles JC Nadeau, mixing jabs and leg kicks. Nadeau throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Javier Vargas puts Nadeau on the mat giving his back up. "Destiny" eats a few stiff shots from Javier Vargas, and rolls giving mount to stop the ref from ending the fight. Vargas splits "Destinys" nose open with a well timed punch. Nadeau is hit with multiple punches, and taps out.
