Bill McCarthy wraps the arm of Hunter White behind his back and traps it. Bill McCarthy pounds away with shots to the face. Bill slides his knee across the body of White and takes full mount. Bill McCarthy executes a double hand slap to the ears of "Of Men Who Are". McCarthy postures up and begins to fire off rapid shots from mount but Hunter White tripods up and sweeps him over to his back. Hunter White quickly gets himself to mount. Bill McCarthy throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. "Of Men Who Are" is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. "Of Men Who Are" attempts a striking combination, but McCarthy forces the clinch. An attempt at a clinch takedown from McCarthy is defended well by Hunter. McCarthy grabs an overhook, steps to the side to land two haymaker body shots, then an uppercut. McCarthy returns to the clinch. Bill is jockeying for position in the clinch. McCarthy is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. White bullies forward in the clinch sending both fighters tumbling over. McCarthy ends up mounting White.Round 4 comes to a close.

Round 5
Bill McCarthy connects with a hard jab as Hunter attempts a wide outside hook. Bill connects with a jab cross combination. Hunter White circles Bill McCarthy, mixing jabs with body shots. Bill is staggered by a jab to the chin. McCarthy throws a push kick. Hunter shucks it and strikes with a overhand that crashes into Bills nose. The round comes to an end.
