there are very set rules for defending when it comes to the EFC...just becuase you say there are not means nothing, this isn't the UFC so don't bother with that analogy. I took your fight becuase thats what I do. you jumped all over an other camp becuase you felt he defended wrong but you can't admit that you defended wrong. all long term respected coaches that saw this agreed you are wrong. and becuase you want to act like a jerk you have been officially black listed from my camp and others.

You need to understand how to defend a EFC belt if you are going to challenge for them....My guy battled his way into the top 10...no top ten guy would take my challenges till he got there....5 wins def trump one..no one would agree with you...at least no one credible. I took every fight I could get....look at how bad this division is right now....only a few guy even in the top 100....so even guys in the top 10 are only mid tier
