do you feel bad not fighting your trainers? almost like they were destined for mediocrity

Approach to trainers has been talked about a lot in chat. I'll usually sign some of my guys who prove to be mediocre as trainers, but once in a while will resign then to see if they fare any better with their odd high stats

i always test fighters, so if they fail that first test they end up trainers. most of mine will be like 1-4 or 0-5 after proving they aren't good in the cage.
