Tag Team Tournament #3

Who: 8 Teams comprised of two camps owned by separate coaches. Multiple camps from a single coach are not allowed.
What: A tournament in which each team picks one fighter from each weight class, for 5 total fighters (e.g. 3 from one camp, 2 from the other), and competes against other teams in best of 5 matches.
When: Saturday, January 10 AM Session - Sunday, January 11 PM Session
Where: Delirium

Team "Blindphaedo's pick to win the tournament, sorry everyone else" lived up to their name by capturing the Tag Team Tournament Title in a tense 3-2 championship match over the White Russians. Chachi has now won two consecutive Tag Team Titles, this time partnering with fellow TTT alliance member TehFool.

The third edition of Tag Team saw a lot of great fights, good sportsmanship, and a brewing rivalry between the TTT and TLCS alliances who fought many close contests (a special thanks to TLCS for coming out in force and helping make this Tag Team a success!). In the end, Chachi and TehFool took their team To The Top, while TLCS members grabbed 2nd and 3rd place medals.

I hope everyone had a good time with this tournament. I had a lot of fun organizing it and meeting some cool people on the forums. Hopefully we can do this again sometime!



This tournament's Spirit Award goes to Mark It Zero for their menacing green-black theme. Definitely not a group of guys you want to meet in an alley at night. Congrats Painhouse187 and jimmycricket and I salute your team spirit!
